When I was little, my mother and aunties were very fond of having their clothes and dresses tailor made (which was a real trend) according to the 'pattern book', as they had called it. We kids would tag along with them to the tailor's (usually home-based). The place was full of cloth and colourful spins of thread.The familiar scene of the tailor flipping her measuring tape on my statue-like mother re-surfaced as I was making this piece. Nostalgic. *smile*
Materials: Swarovski crystals in teardrop/bicone shape; polymer clay flower; Swarovski crystal pearls; brass charms.
