(a)Copyright
No parts of this website is to be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, displayed, published or transmitted without our prior consent.

(b)Returns and exchange
If in any case you are unhappy with your purchase, kindly drop us an email. We apologise for not doing refunds, but will try our best to resolve the issue.

(c)Colour and texture
Creations are pictured as near to their original hues as possible. All description include a list on materials used, and are described to our best knowledge.

(d)Payment
All Lady Nic's jewellry are tagged in Singapore Dollars. International buyers may write to me for enquiry on conversion.

• Paypal for international buyers;
• POSB/DBS funds transfers for local (Singapore) orders

Payment detail will be emailed to you via a purchase invoice. Payments are expected to be settled within 3 days from the date of the invoice. Failing which, the transaction will be cancelled and the dead buyer will be blacklisted. Really, we don't want to sound so 'ironfisted' but there are such blacksheep around. We hope to deal with sincere and serious buyers.

(e)Shipping and Handling
All goods will be packaged securely with bubble wrapped and sent via SingPost. Lady Nic's HOLDS NO RESPONSIBILITY for delay/loss of mail in transit.

• Local (Singapore) - flat rate of S$1 normal mail / S$3 registered mail
• Any other countries outside Singapore - flat rate of S$6

Combine shipment - it is more worthwhile as we charge only a flat rate for the first 3 pieces of jewelry regardless of weight. Add S$0.50 for each additional piece.

Waiting Period - Please allow 3-12 days for delivery (longer during festive seasons). Any delay at the destination countries is beyond our control. Registered Mail requires an additional 2 days as it is a recorded delivery service.

(f)Privacy Policy
We do not sell or disclose any personal information to third parties. The only time we will collect information from you is during a purchase. Lady Nic's does not send email requesting personal information, home address or telephone number, credit card numbers etc. If you receive such an email, please contact us immediately at lady.nics@yahoo.com
